User data deletion

If you want Miawz, Inc. (Freed / SSS Doc) to delete personal data we hold about you, send an email to kamil@sssdoc.com with the subject "Data deletion request".

Include: - the email or phone number we should match (international format for phone numbers), - whether you are an account holder or someone who received a message, - the name of the business that contacted you. Do not include a confidential report, government ID or payment-card details in the initial request. We may ask for proportionate verification of your identity or authority.

What we will do - We confirm receipt within a few business days. - We delete or irreversibly anonymize account data, message content, metadata and delivery logs that identify you, except records we must keep for security, billing, or the law (for example a suppression entry that exists only to stop further messages). - For business-supplied records, including service and report records, we coordinate deletion with the business and explain any retention obligation. - We request processor deletion where applicable. Disconnecting Meta business permissions does not itself delete data already held by us or messages held by WhatsApp. - We aim to finish within 30 days. If a provider or a legal hold makes that impossible, we will say so and give a new date.

If you have an SSS Doc account, you can also ask us to close the account in the same email.

This page is the user-data-deletion method for the SSS Doc application operated by Miawz, Inc. We do not process deletion requests through a third-party website.
