SSS Doc is operated by Miawz, Inc., through its Freed portfolio, at 1629 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States. This policy covers sssdoc.com, sssdoc.ma, freed.app, business users of SSS Doc, and people contacted by those businesses.

1. Our role SSS Doc is appointment follow-up software for professional services businesses, currently in a design-partner pilot. Businesses decide which client records and communications we process for their service. We process those records on their instructions. We separately manage our own website, business accounts, security and support operations.

2. Information processed - Website and waitlist information you provide: name, organization, email and signup time. - Staff account details and authentication identifiers. - Business-supplied client contact details, service identifiers, appointment types and dates, follow-up recommendations and workflow history. The current pilot also stores report text and report files used to identify and review follow-up recommendations. Depending on the business and its service, these records may contain sensitive personal information, including health information. - WhatsApp data: business account and phone-number identifiers, business profiles, template content and approval status, destination numbers, message identifiers, message content and replies, delivery/read/failure events and timestamps. - Credentials used by our server to access authorized WhatsApp assets. Business integrations require access tokens; these must not be included in public pages or client messages. - Consent records, communication preferences, opt-outs, support correspondence and technical/security logs.

3. Purposes We use this information to identify and review follow-up work, send business-approved reminders, receive replies, track delivery, respect opt-outs, operate authorized business integrations and respond to support and data requests. We do not sell personal data or use WhatsApp Platform Data for advertising targeting or unrelated profiling.

An appointment reminder may include the service type and appointment date selected by the business. Full reports and sensitive findings are not part of the reminder template. Please do not send emergency requests, identity documents or payment-card details through this service. Contact the service provider directly for professional advice.

4. Service providers and locations Meta/WhatsApp processes messages and business messaging assets through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Supabase provides our application database, authentication, storage and server functions. Vercel hosts the web application. Our application database and report storage are configured in Paris, France. These providers may process service, support or network data in other locations, including the United States; this policy does not claim that all processing stays in one country. Optional analytics and error reporting receive operational information when enabled; they are not intended to receive report text or message bodies.

5. Retention and deletion The pilot currently retains imported records, reports and messaging history for operation and review. Automated report and message retention periods have not yet been implemented. Deletion requests are handled manually with the relevant business. We retain only justified exceptions, such as a minimal suppression record to prevent further contact, and explain exceptions when handling a request. Disconnecting an integration stops future access; it does not by itself erase existing records or WhatsApp's own copies.

6. Your choices Email kamil@sssdoc.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss restrictions or objections. If the data was supplied by a business, identify that business so we can coordinate the request. We may ask for proportionate verification of your identity or authority; do not email a full confidential report or identity document with your initial request.

To stop reminders, reply STOP or ARRET on WhatsApp or contact the sending business. You can also contact kamil@sssdoc.com. The sending business must obtain permission for WhatsApp communications and is responsible for its notices and the scope of that permission. You may withdraw permission at any time.
