- SSS Doc helps professional services businesses manage appointment follow-up and WhatsApp reminders. We are working with a design partner before wider customer rollout.
- Who operates the service?
- Miawz, Inc. operates SSS Doc through its Freed business portfolio. Contact kamil@sssdoc.com.
- How is Meta Platform Data used?
- To access authorized WhatsApp business assets, manage templates, send messages, receive replies and show delivery events. We do not use it for advertising targeting or resale.
- Can I connect my business's number?
- Customer-owned account onboarding uses WhatsApp Embedded Signup. Availability depends on the account, Meta permissions and number eligibility. Contact us before changing an existing WhatsApp setup.
- Is booking fully automated today?
- No. Automated WhatsApp booking is under development. The business's scheduling system remains the source of truth; a reminder or reply is not a confirmed appointment.
- How do I stop messages or delete data?
- Reply STOP or ARRET, or contact the sending business to stop reminders. Email kamil@sssdoc.com for data requests; see our Data deletion page for the process.
