Terms of service

These terms govern use of SSS Doc and https://www.freed.app. The operator is Miawz, Inc., doing business through its Freed portfolio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service SSS Doc is appointment follow-up software for professional services businesses, currently in a design-partner pilot. Staff review follow-up work, send approved WhatsApp reminders and inspect delivery and replies. Automated booking and additional customer integrations are under development. The service does not provide professional advice or emergency assistance. We are not a carrier. Delivery depends on third-party networks and on the destination device.

2. Accounts You must be authorized to bind the organization you represent. Keep credentials confidential. We may suspend an account that looks compromised or that is used to send unlawful or unsolicited traffic.

3. Acceptable use You must have the recipient’s number and permission to receive subsequent messages, provide the required notices, and honor opt-outs received on or off WhatsApp. Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Business-initiated messages require approved templates; free-form replies require an open 24-hour customer service window. Provide a clear way to contact a human at your business. You will not use SSS Doc to send spam, malware, or content that is illegal where you or the recipient are located. You will not submit unnecessary sensitive data in message bodies.

4. Customer content You own the templates and message bodies you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of that content and for any claims arising from it.

5. Our property The SSS Doc software, the Freed and Miawz brands, and the documentation stay with Miawz, Inc. You may not reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.

6. Availability We aim for continuous operation but do not warrant uninterrupted delivery. Planned maintenance and provider outages will happen.

7. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSS Doc is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for failure of a downstream network to deliver a message. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or fifty euros if you paid nothing.

8. Termination Either party may stop using the service at any time. We may delete an account that remains unused or that breaches these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including 3, 4, 7, and 9) do.

9. Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
